How do you set the reward amount?
Rewards must be sufficiently attractive to motivate ambassadors, while remaining profitable for your business. We generally recommend :
- Between 5% and 10% of average customer value for low-margin sectors
- Between 10% and 20% for higher-margin sectors
- A fixed amount for subscription-based services, based on long-term customer value (LTV)

When and how do I pay?
Payment is made automatically by credit card or SEPA direct debit:
- The subscription is billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice.

Is there a minimum time commitment?
No, there is no minimum term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current period. However, you will still be liable to pay rewards for referrals already validated or in the process of being validated at the time of termination.
What are the contractual obligations?
