Any reproduction, representation, use, adaptation, modification, incorporation, translation, commercialization, in part or in full, by any process and on any medium whatsoever (paper, digital, etc.) is prohibited without the prior written authorization of LinkySales SRL, subject to the exceptions provided for by law, in particular representation within the family circle, private copy or the right of short quotation, under penalty of constituting an infringement of copyright and/or designs and models and/or trademark, punishable by the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

The trademarks and logos appearing on the Platform are registered trademarks of LinkySales SRL or third parties. Any reproduction, imitation or use, in whole or in part, of these distinctive signs without the express authorization of LinkySales SRL or the third parties holding the rights is prohibited and renders the user liable in accordance with articles 8.14 et seq. of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
4.3 Licensing
Certain content accessible via the Platform may be subject to specific licenses, the terms of which are specified to the user.
5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data of users of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at www.linkysales.com/politique-confidentialite.
This policy describes in detail how LinkySales SRL collects, uses, shares and protects the personal data of users, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the applicable Belgian legislation on the subject.

8. ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM
The publisher endeavours to provide access to the Platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the control of LinkySales SRL, and subject to periods of maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of the Platform or possible breakdowns.
In the event of impossibility of access to the Platform due to technical problems, the user undertakes not to hold LinkySales SRL responsible.

9.1 Links from the Platform
The Platform may contain hypertext links to third-party sites. These links are provided solely for the user’s convenience. LinkySales SRL has no control over these sites and declines all responsibility for their content and the personal data protection practices they implement.
